Custom Costumes, Contract Sewing and Halloween
Return Policy
Absolutely NO RETURNS will be made for any purchases made from
October 15th to November 6th.  Exchanges during this period are subject to
timing and stock.

Custom sewn, one of a kind, costumes are not returnable.   Refund details
for custom costumes sewn by contract agreement are defined in the
contract.

We accept returns or exchanges for retail website purchases only within 14
days.  Product must be unworn and in new condition, with original
packaging.  

Underwear, stockings, boots, shoes, wigs, hairpieces, mouthpieces and
nosepieces are absolutely not returnable.  Health codes may apply.  

Shipping costs are not refunded.  

Refunds are made via the method of payment, unless otherwise agreed
upon.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without filling out and emailing
the form below.
